Questions
Do my crews need their own logins?
No. Each vehicle has its own code. Crews enter it on their phone or tablet, pick their names and get going.
Does it need special tablets?
No. It runs in the web browser, so any modern phone or tablet works, Apple or Android. Nothing to install.
What if a vehicle loses signal?
The app keeps working and sends every tap once it is back online.
Where is our data kept?
In a UK data centre in London, and only your signed in office staff can see it.
